Born and raised on the Central Coast, Amanda has long been familiar with the rich community she serves. She found her passion for real estate at a young age, starting first as an assistant at a local firm. Amanda obtained her real estate license quickly and soon after began managing transactions to learn more about the industry.

The more transactions Amanda managed, the stronger her penchant for them grew. "There is something unexplainably rewarding about taking a million different variables, the kind that usually drive people crazy, and forming them into a solid, concrete transaction that helps someone get the keys to their next home," says Amanda. For her, transaction management is an art; one that is enriching, exciting, and incredibly fulfilling. "Nothing makes me feel more accomplished than seeing the list of all the homes I've helped people buy and sell," she says. "My goal as a T.C. has always been to help agents succeed in this business. When my agents let me know how happy everyone was at closing...that's when I know my work makes a difference."

The love she has for her trade allowed Amanda to succeed through almost two decades of exclusive transaction coordination for a local brokerage, building an extensive network of satisfied agents along the way. Now, by officially opening the doors to Lotus Transactions, Amanda hopes to extend her same diligent and meticulous service to every agent and brokerage out there. Along the way, Amanda hopes to give back to her community by hiring people in need of a chance to show everything they can be. "I was given the chance to get into this industry at a young age and it's allowed to me build something that will continue to be rewarding and fruitful for me for the rest of my life," says Amanda. "I want to give others that chance. Everyone deserves the opportunity to build and grow."
