- Assist with writing and collecting signature on Listing Agreement
- Process and verify all documents and disclosures
- Monitor Timelines and due dates, sending reminders to all parties
- Upload all documents into Broker Systems
- Track Deposits and confirm they are received
- Transfer Disclosure Statement, Seller Property Questionnaire, and/or Seller Exempt Disclosure to seller for completion, after receiving the listing agreement
- Remaining disclosures to seller after acceptance
- Order Natural Hazard Disclosure and Home Warranty (per contract)
- Order City Reports and request reimbursement through escrow
